of real estate transaction services to purchasers and sellers, including
document preparation, for which an attorney may not be required.

escrow accounts; preparation of HUD-1 Settlement Statements; attendance
at closing; forwarding closing documentation to Lender; forwarding
required documents to County Clerk for filing and recording.
